  • Compact Disc (CD) + Digital Album

includes a copy of the original pressing (we found a treasure trove of 60 copies in hiding) of this album, plus The Uniform's "33 Revolutions...", The Miss "No Radio", Slow Jets "Good Morning Stars", & The Oranges Band "Two Thousands". For you history & math buffs, these albums are all in the neighborhood of 20+ years old. So that's roughly one hundred years of artistic fermenting combined.

A limited amount of these will be wrapped up with weird flyers, posters, and other odd memorabilia with a very selective target audience...quite possibly even more selective than the CD format of the actual releases.

(substitution requests for The Uniform "Black & Vain", National Razor FDIC "Finally Death Is Coming", Third Harmonic Distortion "s/t", or other Slow Jets titles will be honored if we have enough in stock of whatever substitution you ask for)

about

If you want to be prepared for the resurgence of New Wave then look no further than the new disc from Baltimore's The Animatronics. As you wind your way through 2000: The Year Of The Future you'll find a collection of well-crafted, hook-heavy pop tunes whose primary influence appears to be Devo, but also shows elements of Gary Numan, Missing Persons, The Cars and even bits of Bowie and Wire.

Don't get the wrong idea though, The Animatronics aren't just an 80's retread, but have actually taken these influences and created an enjoyable disc for the 21st Century.
